These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you use this website or book any consultation, report, package or add-on from Kapitales Research – Vedic Astrology and Numerology (“Kapitales Research”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By making a booking or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under laws that cannot be excluded, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Who we are

Kapitales Research is based in Delhi, India and provides Vedic astrology and Chaldean numerology guidance to individuals, couples and families worldwide through online sessions. You can reach us at info@kapitalesresearch.com or on WhatsApp at +91 87997 24986.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book our services. If you request a reading that involves a child (for example, a child’s chart or baby naming), you confirm that you are the child’s parent or lawful guardian and that you consent to us using the child’s details for that purpose. If you share another adult’s details (for example, a partner’s details for a compatibility reading), you confirm that they have agreed to this.

3. Nature of our services

• Our consultations, reports, forecasts, gemstone guidance and other services are based on traditional Vedic astrology and Chaldean numerology. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• They do not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, legal or other advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services.
• Astrology and numerology describe tendencies and timing according to traditional methods. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

4. Bookings, prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Any applicable taxes will be shown on your invoice.
• A booking is confirmed once we have received your payment and sent you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
• If you pay from outside India, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. These are set by them and are outside our control.
• We may change our prices from time to time. A change will not affect a booking you have already paid for.

5. Your responsibilities

• Our analysis depends on the information you give us. Please check your name and your date, time and place of birth carefully. We are not responsible for conclusions affected by inaccurate or incomplete details.
• Please join online sessions on time, using a device and internet connection suitable for video calls.
• Please treat us with courtesy. We may decline or end a session if behaviour is abusive or unlawful.

6. Sessions, reports and delivery

• Sessions take place online by video call at the time agreed with you. Session lengths and inclusions are described on each package page.
• Written reports and forecasts are delivered electronically, usually as a PDF by email, within the timeframe we confirm when you book.
• Where a package includes follow-up support (for example on WhatsApp), it is available for the period stated in that package.
• We do not record sessions without your consent.

7. Gemstone guidance

Gemstone guidance is a personalised recommendation only. We do not sell gemstones and take no commission from any vendor. You are free to buy from any reputable, certified source, and any purchase is a matter between you and that seller.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Reports and materials we prepare for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. The content of this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Kapitales Research or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

10. Your privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on a reading, or for indirect or consequential loss. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Your consumer rights

• Clients in India: you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including the right to have your grievances addressed.
• Clients in Australia: our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and within a reasonable time.
• Clients elsewhere: you keep any mandatory rights given to you by the consumer laws of your country.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after its “Last updated” date. Changes will not affect bookings you have already paid for.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact our Grievance Officer first so that we can try to resolve it. Subject to any mandatory consumer law that allows you to bring a claim in your own country, the courts at Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
